I attended my first reunion (30th) last night and had a
great time. Missed a lot of old friends who weren't there
and a few who were, and made some new friends I hadn't
really know that well in school. All in all, I had a rally
good time! We should start having reunions at 5 year
intervals, and schedule activities for Friday evening and
Sunday - maybe dinner or bowling on Friday night and a
picnic Sunday at La Crescenta Park, so families can meet
each other.

Charlie Hagens
Reunion: Charlie, his brother John, and I

together with our parents in New York in July of 1974 for
John's wedding. Charlie came home early to surprise my
parents by painting their house. There was a short in our
electrical system, and he accidentally electrocuted himself.
After a couple of years in Scientology, and then another few
years with a Korean Christian movement known as The Church,
Charlie had just gone back to school and back to music
before he died.
