We have lived in Germany, Saudi Arabia (twice), Russia, Togo, Hong Kong, Malawi, Taiwan, Thailand, Swaziland, China, Malaysia and now India. I work at a small, but growing, consulate and have broad management responsibilities to include human resources, budgeting, and generally keeping the place running. Kolkata, which is better known by earlier spelling of Calcutta, has a rich history and while there are poor and the city infrastructure needs work, it isn't as bad as most people expect. My assignment in Kolkata lasts to 11/2011. Whether I'll retire then with 26 years of USG service or go to another posting remains to be seen. Ray retired from the Department of State in 2001. We still use the house I grew up in La Crescenta as a base when we are home. Where we will actually retire remains to be seen but I'll still be traveling. I hope to be able to get back to the US attend our 40th reunion. How small is the world? I was in New Delhi in November at a conference when I had TWO CVHS encounters. First I sat next to 1974 CVHS grad George Novinger and asked him if he was Carol Key's cousin -- He was! 	Richard Drayman Richard passed away in May of 1988 and is dearly missed by his mother, Dale and his sisters and brothers Nancy, Roberta, Terry, Paul, Charles (his twin), and John.
