Comments: I guess I held out long enough and now its time to write something here just in case anyone is curious as to what I've been up to. I attended UCLA, all the while trying to satiate my wanderlust by traveling the world in my off time, running marathons (I ran five in my senior year-4:14 best time), and flying small single engine airplanes. I received my degree in philosophy (and got certified as an EMT). I also received my officer's commission into the Air Force. I passed all the general and flying aptitude tests, rigorous medical exams, and psych evaluations and have been selected to attend Undergraduate Pilot Training this coming June. Right now I'm no more than a little duckling taking my first steps into a vast lake of aeronautical adventure, and I must admit that I am filled with a mixture of intense excitement and great trepidation. Hopefully all will go well, and I won't wash out. Even if I do, at least I can say that I chased my dream and gave it my all. Until June I'll be up here in Grand Forks working as the assistant executive officer for one of the Ops squadrons and working on my master's degree in criminal justice on my time off (and lamenting my miserable existence once the harsh winter sets in). Thanks go out to all who have been my friend and to all who have helped me along my path. See you all at the reunion and hopefully I'll be wearing wings! (by the way, feel free to drop me a line anytime you feel like it, as it is not all that exciting up here in Small Town America and it would be good to talk to some old friends)

Comments: I am still going to college! I hope to graduate by May 2006. I am working toward a B.S. degree in Family and Consumer Sciences with the options of Nutrition, Dietetics, and Food Science. I will also, have a minor in psychology. After I graduate I plan on becoming a registered dietetian (RD), which requires me to go through a dietetic internship for 9-12 months and then take an exam. From there I have no idea. Bill and I have been dating for three years. We met while working at Fratelli's in Montrose.
